On the fourth Thursday of November, we celebrate Thanksgiving Day! November is a month for Giving Thanks! Giving thanks takes practice, however, we can get better at it over time. November is a month to make gratitude our discipline; take things with gratitude & don't take things for granted.
Here are a few simple ways to give "Thanks" (not only for November, but all year long):
- Be grateful
- Thank others for what they do
- Pray
- Give a sincere thank you
- Volunteer
- Give a genuine smile or a heartfelt hug
- Be kind & lend a helping hand
- Pay it forward
- Give praise
- Share what you have with others
- Give compliments
